Nothing can go wrong.

Last week was an exciting week. We saw the emergence of Mane as Liverpool’s main man. Teemu Pukki stole all the headlights with his hat trick.

Manchester City and VAR continued their toxic relationship.

Manchester United did Manchester United things. Chelsea still need a lot of work while Sheffield United got a home win courtesy of a John Lundstram goal.

Before we forget, FPL players check here and here for the best picks for the coming gameweek.

Let’s get right into our weekly premier league preview show. If you are new here, you should know that we only touch on the big six in England. Some times, if the mood gets us, we discuss La Liga and Serie A.

Alrighty. Let’s discuss happenings in the Premier League this coming weekend.

Preview: Norwich City vs Chelsea.

Chelsea are still “There are positives” FC. They are still in the hunt for a first win under new boss, Frank Lampard. The Blues have only 1 point in the league.

A point they are lucky to have after braving a late fight back from Leicester City last weekend.premier League preview matchday 3

This week’s opponents are not an easy prospect. They may have just come back from the Championship but Norwich City have a man in form – Teemu Pukki.

With four goals, he is top of the goals chart and a top pick for this FPL gameweek. Our premier league preview for Norwich vs Chelsea predicts a cracker.

Ademidun: Our betting tips for this weekend favour a Norwich double chance.

David: Na true. This Chelsea team never solid.

Ademidun: Win or Draw for Norwich it is.

Preview: Manchester United vs Crystal Palace

Let’s shame the devil. Manchester United have been encouraging this season.

They opened their campaign by demolishing Chelsea and only a Pogba penalty miss took all three points from them against Wolves.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is in form and an FPL pick for Gameweek 3. Maguire has brought some stability to the Manchester United defence.

Crystal Palace are yet to score a goal this season. They lack invention and a genuine creative spark. Palace also lost last weekend to a John Lundstram goal.

David: Victory for Man U. A convincing one.

Ademidun: Yep. Martial to score

David: The CrossAndNod Scout picked him for this week, yh?

Ademidun: Yes, my man.

Preview: Liverpool vs Arsenal

This is it, people. This is the match of the weekend. Liverpool and Arsenal are the only two teams with a 100% record this season. The Reds are yet to keep a clean sheet this season.

Liverpool have issues in the goalkeeping department. Last week, back-up keeper Adrian committed a howler that had FPL players mad.

Aubameyang is in form. Loanee, Ceballos got two assists for Arsenal last weekend.

Firmino’s regular customer is Arsenal. They are the team he has scored the most Premier League goals against.

Our Premier League preview for Liverpool vs Arsenal says to expect fireworks. Lots and lots of them.

David: What is the point of NYSC?

Ademidun: That’s not what we are asking, sir.

David: Mannnnnnn, arsenal fit see draw.

Ademidun: Draw soup. Liverpool to win this one.

Preview: Bournemouth vs Manchester City

Before we discuss the preview for this premier league match, let’s touch on VAR. The Citizens were denied a late winner against Tottenham last week.

VAR cancelled their goal for an apparent handball in the buildup. A similar handball situation was counted as a goal against City in last season’s UCL meeting between these two sides. It’s confusing.

Even Jesus agrees.

Notwithstanding, our Premier League preview for Bournemouth vs Manchester City expects City to outplay their opponents off the park.

DeBruyne is assisting again and is an FPL pick. Sterling, Jesus and Aguero are all in form. Meanwhile, Bournemouth have not been convincing this season.

Main men, Fraser and Wilson are yet to fire on all cylinders.

Ademidun: City thrashing

David: NYSC

Ademidun: He said a City thrashing too.

Preview: Tottenham vs Newcastle

Newcastle have lost their opening two matches and are already looking at a relegation battle. The Toons were smacked to bits by Norwich City last week.

Honestly, for Newcastle, an away trip to Tottenham does not bode well. Tottenham were clinical and lucky to grab a point against Manchester City last week.

In the grand scheme of things, that’s not a bad result. Main man Kane will be bolstered by the return of Son. Tottenham vs Newcastle preview? A resounding Tottenham victory.

Ademidun: If you mention NYSC here.

David: Tottenham victory.

Ademidun: Better.

Preview: La Liga and Serie A

In Laliga, Real Madrid are home to Real Valladolid after winning away at Celta with ten men. Barca play host to Real Betis boosted by the return of Lionel Messi from injury.

Bale grabbed an assist last weekend while Benzema was among the goals. Expect Los Blancos to win this weekend. Barca lost last weekend but should be able to see off Betis at home with Messi back in the squad.

In Italy, Ronaldo FC will travel to Parma. It should be business as usual for Juve. Elsewhere, Napoli will face Fiorentina. You should watch out for Ribery’s debut. The Frenchman signed for Fiorentina last week.

That’s all for the weekend. Or is it? Our Octopus is alive and running. Check here for betting tips and predictions.
